Job Description

He would be required to carry out Fault management support, manage and control fault progression remotely, proper escalation, performance, capacity and configuration management, provide 2nd line technical support preferable from a NOC location

Should be able to monitor progress of project and can handle in-depth technical issues
A technically sound Datacommunication Engineer with a flair & interest in problem resolution.
